On April 10th, Tao Shi Intelligent Technology with independent research and development of the three core products - dexterous hand, dexterous hand joint module and dexterous hand speed reducer, appeared in Shanghai "2025 high workers form robot technology application summit". Dexterous Bionic Hand (brand)

1.Miniaturized high torque design
Based on the miniature ring surface enveloping worm gear structure, the volume of the reducer module is reduced by 40% compared with the traditional solution, and the center distance covers the full size range of 4.5mm-10mm. While maintaining the advantages of miniaturization, the torque density of single joint is as high as 3N-m, and together with the special steel internal teeth with 1300MPa tensile strength, it can stably achieve 25kg class grip force.
2. Full-joint direct-drive performance breakthrough
Through Tao Shi exclusive micro-ring surface envelope manufacturing technology, the dexterous hand realizes 20+ degrees of freedom full direct-drive control, and each joint module operates independently with extremely high torque and precision. It can easily realize all kinds of complex movements, and its ±0.015mm movement accuracy is far beyond the industry average 0.05mm level.
3. Enhanced adaptability to all working conditions
The module integrates natural self-locking function, which can still maintain a stable posture under power failure; IP65 protection level and 50dB ultra-quiet design make it suitable for highly sensitive scenarios such as medical surgery and precision assembly. Measured data show that the program's energy consumption is 30% lower than traditional programs, and the continuous working life is more than 10,000 hours.

1. The ultimate balance of miniaturization and high torque
Adopting the ring surface enveloping worm gear structure, while maintaining the miniaturization advantage (the weight of the whole machine is only 9-49g), it realizes the torque output of 1-3N-m for single joint, and the torque density reaches 2.3 times of the similar products in the industry. Its 9g ultra-lightweight design (equivalent to the weight of 3 coins) saves 30% space for the dexterous hand joint module, which significantly improves the anthropomorphization degree of the end-effector of the humanoid robot.
2. Ultra-precise mute control
Through the optimization of tooth shape and high-precision grinding process, the operating noise is reduced to less than 50 dB (equivalent to the ambient sound level of the library), together with the absolute positioning accuracy of ±0.5 arc minutes, it can meet the stringent requirements of surgical robots, precision instruments and other acoustically sensitive scenarios.
3. Full working condition reliability guarantee
Integrated natural self-locking function with IP65 protection grade maintains joint posture stability even in power failure. Adopts 1300MPa grade special alloy steel internal teeth, with accuracy decay rate less than 0.5% after 2 million load tests, suitable for -40℃ to 85℃ extreme environment.
